Across the Island there are ample opportunities to look at redeveloping existing sites, there are land opportunities in terms of realising a range of building projects and housing too, whether small, medium and on occasion, larger scale projects. And there are also premises that can be enhanced and improved.
My role is to advise an interested client from the beginning of the process through to the point of obtaining planning permission in order to realise the opportunities for that particular property whether it’s extending or refurbishing that dwelling or whether it’s potentially redeveloping the site as a whole. I’ll work with that client in order to understand what their requirements are in conjunction with architectural partners to help achieve a project that satisfies client’s objectives and how best we can contribute to adding value to that property both in terms of monetary value but also the value that property makes to the surrounding environment.
