We recently purchased our property in Totland Bay from the Freshwater branch of Spence Willard. The team at Spence Willard made the process very easy, the purchase was negotiated and agreed on the day we viewed the property.
We were not in the UK for most of the process of buying our apartment, whenever things stalled they were very quick to help to get things moving again. We were still not back in the UK once the sale had gone through, Spence Willard has been extremely helpful when we had to have meters read and when works were carried out on the apartment, they made regular visits to ensure all was well with property before we returned home.
Communication has been first class and we cannot fault the service we received and would highly recommend Spence Willard.
